Judge Judy Drops the Gavel one Last Time

Judge Judy will end after its 25th season, Judge Judy Sheindlin told Ellen DeGeneres on her daytime talk show. New episodes will air through 2020-2021 and afterwards, CBS Television will syndicate reruns. The top-rated daytime program in the U.S, the show has made Sheindlin the highest paid TV star – Forbes listed her as worth $440 million. But don’t think this is the last sentence Judge Judy will be handing out. She plans to produce a new show called Judy Justice after Judge Judy ends. 

Judy Justice is slated to premiere on IMDb TV on November 1st 2021. The new series has been picked up for 120 episodes already, and Amazon plans to air at least two seasons. Episodes will air every weekday.
