  3. The Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard – Salma Hayek joins Ryan Reynolds & Sam Jackson in this sequel to The Hitman’s Bodyguard
  4. In the Heights – adaptation of Lin-Manuel Miranda’s Tony-winning musical
  5. Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway – sequel to the family film based on the classic literature character
  6. F9 – Vin Diesel, John Cens & Charlize Theron in the 9th Fast & Furious film
 
JULY
  1. Black Widow – Marvel and Scarlett Johansson give us the backstory on the avenger
  2. Space Jam 2: A New Legacy – a sequel to the 1996 movie, this time w/ LeBron in the MJ role
  3. The Forever Purge – The fifth and allegedly final installment of the dystopian horror series.
  4. Cinderella – live action musical version of the classic tale (LAST MINUTE CHANGE – WILL NOT HAVE A THEATRICAL RELEASE)
  5. Jungle Cruise – Dwayne Johnson & Emily Blunt head down the Amazon in this Disney adventure
  6. Snake Eyes – G.I. Joe prequel spinoff
  7. Old – M. Night Shyamalan supernatural chiller about a cursed beach that ages visitors
  8. Stillwater – Matt Damon drama
  9. The Green Knight – Medieval fantasy stars Dev Patel as King Arthur’s nephew who embarks on a quest.
 
AUGUST
  1. The Suicide Squad – James Gunn’s take on the DC Comics antihero gang.
  2. Hotel Transylvania 4 – Computer-animated sequel stars the voices of Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg and Selena Gomez.
  3. Don’t Breathe 2 –  the lethal blind man is back in the sequel to the surprise hit
  4. Free Guy – sci-fi comedy stars Ryan Reynolds as character living in an open-world video game.
  5. Respect – Jennifer Hudson plays the legendary Aretha Franklin in this biographical drama.
  6. Paw Patrol: The Movie – animated movie based on the popular kids series
  7. Candyman – reboot/remake of the 90s horror movie
  8. The Beatles: Get Back  – Peter Jackson’s documentary of the making of the 1970 album Let It Be.
 
SEPTEMBER (LABOR DAY WEEKEND)
  1. Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings – A new marvel flick
  2. Reminiscence – sci-fi thriller stars Hugh Jackman as veteran hired by Rebecca Ferguson to help her relieve a past memory.
