Volkswagen Says Goodbye to Iconic Beetle and Hello to the Future
Volkswagen may have said goodbye to their iconic Beetle design, but they only did it to make room for their innovative, upcoming models. The car company has four electric concept vehicles in the making–one of which is fully autonomous. Another, the I.D. CROZZ, is said to hit dealerships sometime in 2020. Volkswagen also presented their concept for the retro, microbus-inspired I.D. BUZZ at CES 2020. Along with the electric hippie-van, the company announced their new nerve center in Silicon Valley that will aid them in creating these contemporary models. Most of these new vehicles won’t hit the road for a couple years, but Volkswagen is sure to be a company to watch in 2020 and beyond.
