It’s official, you can now visit a theme park (or themed area) that’s devoted solely to the world of Nintendo. Super Nintendo World’s grand opening finally happened on March 18, 2021 after multiple delays due to the worldwide pandemic. The themed area, set inside Universal Studios Japan, is further evidence that the Nintendo brand has made a significant cultural impact in the world. The question is—will Super Nintendo World be successful enough to branch out to the other Universal Studios theme parks in the future?
