Tropicana Drops the “AI” From Their Title
AI has taken the world by storm over the last year. From the introduction of ChatGPT, we now see AI showing up in every corner of the world. Something so ubiquitous is bound to be wrought with controversy, and that is exactly what we’ve seen with this new technology. For every article on the value and usefulness of AI, there is a mirror image that touts the dangers of artificial intelligence. Though the last brand you’d expect to be involved in this debate just joined the fray in a big way.
Tropicana, the juice brand, has made their stance on AI clear by taking the very letters out of their name. “Tropcn” is the title on their limited-edition packaging, demonstrating in no uncertain terms that their juice has absolutely no artificial ingredients inside. It is a humorous way for a brand that would theoretically have very little to do with the revolutionary technology to tap into the cultural zeitgeist that it is. We salute Tropcn for being a staunch defender of all things natural, and we look forward to seeing what they do next.
