Coca-Cola Zero Sugar Breaks Free

In its quest to get people to try its product Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, Coca-Cola Great Britain & Ireland came up with this rather kooky commercial that attempts to prove that you are never too old to try something new. Though the ad starts out with a rather solemn Mr. Hadley sitting alone in a retirement home, wackiness quickly ensues when he is offered this sugar-free beverage. After taking a sip, he simply says “What else haven’t I tried?” The ad then turns into a crazy bucket list of events starring a free and happy Mr. Hadley, who now has the confidence of Ferris Bueller.

Does the drink really make you want to go out and stage dive? You won’t know until you give it a try. One thing is for certain, having Queen’s song “I Want To Break Free” playing in the background definitely gave this ad a rockin’ fun edge.
