Geico Ad Taps Into Voice Assistant Parody Trend
Voice assistants are the hot topic in marketing, tech and culture at the moment. Strangely enough, parodying voice assistants is also a top trend in auto insurance ads right now. Recently, Safe Auto launched this humorous campaign around Fârnhäan, a voice assistant that bases its intel largely on guessing. Now, Geico brings us this new commercial where a woman gets increasingly frustrated when her assistant with light-up eyebrows can’t seem to get a voice command right. There’s clearly a lot of comic potential that humans can relate to as we adapt to this new technology.
