Gymboree Bounces Back to Life
Gymboree was one of the many retail stores to file for bankruptcy in 2018. The kids clothing company closed around 800 stores and completely shut down within a year of announcing it. Just when all hope was lost, The Children’s Place swooped in and bought Gymboree to help reignite interest in the brand. Parents get ready for a shopping spree because Gymboree is reopening an enhanced online shop as well as brick and mortar stores in the spring of 2020.
Along with the Toys ‘R’ Us comeback, we’re convinced all of these kid-friendly stores will form a zombie alliance and take over the world… and feast on the bank accounts of unsuspecting parents.
