Smirnoff Has Fun with Ted Danson
Smirnoff’s “Welcome to the Fun%” ad series featuring Ted Danson is definitely having fun, and it shows. It also continues to make Smirnoff relatable to a vast audience—something that’s important to the brand.
Ted Danson is the host of the ad series, but viewers get to enjoy interactions he has with other celebrities such as Jenna Fischer (NBC’s The Office), Jonathan Van Ness (Netflix’s Queer Eye), Laverne Cox (Netflix’s Orange is the New Black) and Nicole Byer (comedian and actress).
The most interesting part of this ad series and something every brand can take away for themselves is the concise message delivery in each spot. Audiences get these vodka tidbits in short six second spots and 15 seconds spots, making them easy to digest in today’s fast-paced world.
